Those that at first glance seem difficult aims to achieve, are actually the characteristics with which every day we develop customized waterslides, produce watergames and design waterparks all over the world.
And that’s our method of work for over forty years.  

It was the 1980s when we presented ourselves in the waterpark market with our first experiences: our story began with the molding of fiberglass components for swimming pools and subsequently with the creation of fiberglass waterslides. Since then the waterpark industry has experienced and incredible expansion of the market (we have told the history and evolution of waterparks in this article of our blog): we have approached it with creativity and innovation. This has been the key to success of each of our projects.

The most important moments in the history of New Dieresin

Our headquarters, settled near Lake Garda, experienced truly memorable moments. Here we produced and tested the first prototypes of hand-laminated molds for waterslides, here we started the first supplies for campsites, a reality that flourished in the first half of the 1980s. The following decade, then, saw the first market expansion, with the first projects carried out in Italy and Germany: until the end of 1989 we installed about 3000 linear meters of fiberglass waterslides.
Afterwards we start collaborations with the most important waterparks: Aqualandia (now Caribe Bay), Caneva, Le Vele, Hydromania.

• We’ve supplied to Aqualandia in Jesolo (neat Venice), the fiberglass channel for the “Spacemaker”, the highest waterslide in Europe for many years.
• We’ve designed and installed almost all the attractions for “Le Vele” waterpark, the structure identified several times as “the best waterpark in Italy.

Our R&D department, in the course of its activities, has been constantly committed to developing original and innovative attractions and products for customers all over the world. Thus, in 2010, LRTM technology became a good manufacturing alternative, which preceded the introduction of PMMA. Polymethylmethacrylate is a thermoplastic polymer obtained through polymerization and fusion processes, with absolute transparency, which has high resistance to aging, to atmospheric agents and to chemical reagents.
Technological evolution is not the only factor that has allowed New Dieresin to become one of the leaders in the market. Creativity also played an important role.

In the following years we have developed several new attractions. Starting with the “Dual Loop Tube”, which obtained the European patent in 2012, installed for the first time in Ondaland waterpark in Vicolungo. In the following years we added new models for “tubing” – two-seater tubes – such as the Dual spin bowl, the Wave Ride, the Soft Shell, and the Kite Slide.
Among the latest innovations comes the new gravity start: the “sky box”: a new “vertical drop” starting system, in which the user is catapulted into the void by opening a special hatch.

It is 2016, the year that instead marks the entry of New Dieresin Contract into the “Spray Park” sector, the water play areas for children.
